CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, we do not accept returns, changes, or cancellations due to customer error or change of mind. All sales are final due to products being made-to-order. We encourage you to double check our size chart and ask any questions you may have before placing an order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FULFILL MY ORDER?
Our average fulfillment time is 3 days. However, because all items are made-to-order and never mass produced, please allow us up to 7 business days.
COVID-19 update: Because of the uncertainty of COVID-19 and its effects on our industry, we do want everyone to be aware that (although unlikely) orders could take up to 10 days to fulfill for the time being. Please forgive us for any possible delays.

HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
We partner with multiple carriers to give you the best shipping experience. US orders are most often shipped with USPS or FedEx. Rest assured, both domestic and international orders will be fully trackable.
DO YOU SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES?
We ship WORLDWIDE — excluding Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. We choose the most suitable and reliable global carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method and the end-address to give you the best international shipping experience. You’ll see the specific carrier delivering the package in your order tracking details.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
US orders usually arrive within 3-4 business days of being shipped. International orders require 7-14 business days. Delays can occur due to different reasons and MIS[AИTHROPY] LABZ cannot be held liable for a delay in delivery as this is out of our control.
COVID-19 update: Because of the uncertainty of COVID-19 and its effects on shipping, carriers have told us that orders could take around an additional 14 days to ship for the time being.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES WHEN ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE US?
Although we currently prepay all standard VAT and applicable import taxes before shipping an international order, any order may be subject to additional customs duties or fees once the parcel reaches its destination country (though rare). Be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. The recipient of the parcel is required to cover these additional fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate as to how much they may be. Refused and returned items will not be refunded.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND CAN I TRACK IT?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link to receive up to date information about your shipment.
MY TRACKING HASN’T BEEN UPDATED FOR A WHILE, CAN YOU HELP ME?
If you suspect that your parcel is being delayed, please contact your delivery carrier for up-to-date information about your parcel. If you need additional help, feel free to contact us within 4 weeks after your order has shipped. However, please note that we are often times unable to form a formal complaint or package investigation with the delivery carrier- this is usually up to the recipient.
I HAVE MISSED MY DELIVERY, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
If you have missed a delivery attempt, please contact your delivery carrier to schedule a pick-up or new appointment. In any instance where the carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, unpaid duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery or otherwise, your parcel may be returned to us — Refused and returned items will not be refunded.
THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us via email within 4 weeks of your order's shipment date if there are any issues with your package or the products that you have received. We will be happy to help.
