Shipping policy

 

Shipping:
US orders usually arrive within 3-4 business days of being shipped. International orders require 5-12 business days. Delays can occur due to different reasons and MIS[AИTHROPY] LABZ cannot be held liable for a delay in delivery as this is out of our control.
Duties:
Any orders outside of the US may be subject to customs duties or fees once the parcel reaches its destination country. Be aware that your parcel can also be delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. The recipient of the parcel is required to cover their taxes implemented by customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot provide an estimate as to how much they may be. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. If you would like to know ahead of time, we encourage you to contact your local customs office. Refused and returned items will not be refunded.

 

Carriers:
We partner with multiple carriers to give you the best shipping experience. US orders are most often shipped with USPS or FedEx.
Shipping Destinations:
We ship WORLDWIDE — excluding Belarus, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, North Korea, 
Palestine, Russia, and Syria. We choose the most suitable and reliable global carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method and the end-address to give you the best international shipping experience. You’ll see the specific carrier delivering the package in your order tracking details.

Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link to receive up to date information about your shipment.

Delays:
In certain cases, parcels may not be trackable for a period of time before reaching the final carrier. Though this is normal, feel free to reach out to us if over a week has passed with no updates. Please note that we will do our best to assist, but if a package is stuck, lost, or requires a claim to be filed with the carrier for any reason, that is the sole responsibility of the customer (see “Risk of Loss").

Missed Delivery:
If you have missed a delivery attempt, please contact your delivery carrier to schedule a pick-up or new appointment. In any instance where the delivery carriers are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, unpaid duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise— your parcel may be returned to us. Refused and returned items will not be refunded.

 

Risk of Loss:
All orders are pursuant to a FOB Origin shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
