By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and therefore agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”, “Terms of Sale”). These Terms apply to all users of our site, including users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Product Information MIS[AИTHROPY] LABZ products are never mass produced and are strictly made-to-order. Imperfections are often intentional features of our aesthetic and a few inconsistencies are natural in the made-to-order process. These should not be considered faults or reasons for claim.
Image Display Please allow room for inconsistencies among products and product images. Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may appear different to those shown on the site. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Order Policy By accepting these terms of sale at the time you place your order, you acknowledge that your order will take approximately 2-7 business days to manufacture before shipping. At no time can you cancel this order once placed as preparations begin immediately. You also accept the return policy; that your order cannot be returned due to the change of mind or error regarding your selected sizes.
Fulfillment Because all items are made-to-order and never mass produced, please allow us up to 7 business days.
COVID-19 update: Because of the uncertainty of COVID-19 and its effects on our industry, we do want everyone to be aware that (although unlikely) orders could take up to 10 days to fulfill for the time being. Please forgive us for any possible delays.
Payments We currently only accept payments through Shopify. Please see the bottom of our site for accepted card providers.
Shipping: US orders usually arrive within 3-4 business days of being shipped. International orders require 7-14 business days. Delays can occur due to different reasons and MIS[AИTHROPY] LABZ cannot be held liable for a delay in delivery as this is out of our control.
COVID-19 update: Because of the uncertainty of COVID-19 and its effects on shipping, carriers have told us that orders could take around an additional 14 days to ship for the time being.
Duties Any orders outside of the US may be subject to customs duties or fees once the parcel reaches its destination country. Be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. The recipient of the parcel is required to cover their taxes implemented by customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot provide an estimate as to how much they may be. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. If you would like to know ahead of time, we encourage you to contact your local customs office. Refused and returned items will not be refunded.
Return Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, changes, or cancellations due to customer error or change of mind. We encourage you to double check our size chart and ask any questions you may have before placing an order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your concern as soon as possible to ensure a positive experience.
General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across our service channels in order to fulfill your purchase. Credit card information is always encrypted. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our products or service without express written permission by us.
Modifications to the Service and Prices Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our service (or any part of content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website.
